Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Normal delivery to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 days after order sending. Delivery to addresses within the European Union takes within 3-7 days, and other international orders are received within 5-10 days. All goods are dispatched with Post Danmark. A QUESTION OF have intelligent inventory control, so products only appear on the website if they are in stock.
Exchange
Any product can be exchanged within 14 days. You must pay the return freight for goods returned to A QUESTION OF. Please enclose information about your name, invoice number, and what products you want exchanged. Remember to return the form with the goods. When you exchange your order you can decide if you want to reorder a new T-shirt or you may prefer to get a full money refund.
Complaints
A QUESTION OF check all goods prior to shipment. Should there still be an error in processing, please enclose information about your name and invoice number, preferably written in an exchange and return nota.
Goods returned with complaints, will be repaired or replaced by a new delivery within 10 days of receipt. If we do not have a replacement product then the amount paid will be credited within 10 days. Additionally customers are protected by the 2-year claims period under Danish law, ‘Købeloven’.
